Diet cokes and more.

Who knew that Diet coke could lead to such a great thing! Lemme explain. First, I have a confession. I think I'm addicted again! Not good. I went on a little "no soda" streak for about 4 months and then one day thought to myself....why am I doing this?! Why am I keeping myself from this thing that I love! I just love diet coke! Can't get enough of it. The best is putting a little shot of lemonade to spice things up a bit. I was at the lib tonight to study for a test and got one to keep me sane. For some reason I can't study unless I'm eating/drinking something...weird...I eat 24/7. It's fine. It happens. What's better than a cold diet coke? Believe it or not, this addiction may or may not have brought me to better things in my life. The beautiful MeKenzi Staples and I share an addiction. Kenz and I have been best friends ever since seventh grade. This cute, tall, skinny girl wearing the most perfect clothes transfered from Albion middle school to my school, Churchill Jr. High. I saw her struggling in the lunch room one day, trying to pick up a quarter with her newly done acrilic nails. She was having some serious problems picking up this quarter so being the lovely lady that I am, I walked over and picked it up for her and then bam. We were instant friends and have been best friends since! Maybe it was because I thought she was a cute girl and I wanted to be exactly like her, maybe it was because I felt like I needed to help her, whatever the reason, I'm glad I did because this is not a type of friendship that you find everyday. Through out our friendship we have come to realize that we have so much in common. We love Diet coke, love to dance, both drive xterras (she set the trend), love guster, love to love, love popcorn, both have the same issues, love babies, love family, love the church, love crafts, love small bands, love quotes, love hugs, love gentlemen, love coloring, love the sun, love ice cream, and love life. I'm so lucky to have this girl in my life. She has taught me more than she'll ever know and I appreciate everything that she has done for me. Even though our lives are so hectic and complete opposites we make time to share stories and sip our Diet cokes together. Two things that I absolutely adore. I guess you could say we will be those old ladies at 8 in the morn with diet cokes in hand. I love this girl.

It's good stuff.

I love these men! Their words bring so much happiness to my life and help me realize why I'm suppose to be on this earth. They are men who are able to tell you how to live your life right and how to become a better person. So thank you for general conference! I loved it.

Queen of Quotes.

I'm on a hunt to discover some new quotes. Here's what I found...

Things that make me laugh.

I'm on a roll with this laughing thing. I love coming home on a night where you've spent with friends just doing nothing and laughing. It honestly re energizes someone to laugh. School sucks right now cause it's so close to being over yet we have another month including finals. I honestly cannot wait for this summer. I'm just ready to work and not be busy with studying and gross school stuff. I'm so done with it. Anyways...these video's made me laugh. You should watch them.

A good laugh.

Laughing is good for the soul. It really is. And tonight was a testimony of that. I haven't laughed that hard in so long! It truly was needed. I went on a date with Mike and it was one of the best dates that I've ever been on. It wasn't the best because we did something extravagant and out of the ordinary, it was one of the best because I laughed. Not out of pity but just a good, solid, real laugh about something. We played pool which I haven't played in who knows how long. First of all, I don't play. Do not give me a stick and ask me to hit a slick ball because it won't happen. Ask me to go dance on a stage and I'll do that but do not ask me to hit some ball with a twig stick. ANYWAYS! So I tried to play, tried to be outgoing and fun and what do I do? Scrape the freaking ball with my stick. The white ball doesn't even move. We all had a good laugh at that one. We would cheer for Kumi, the little handi lady even when she would just hit the white ball. Amazing. So Mike got all of the balls in besides one. It was my turn to hit it, Em and Stevo had all their balls in and were shooting for the 8 ball. The white ball was clear across the table perfectly aligned with my target, the colored blue ball. Stevo, being the nice man that he is, tells me, "Oh hey Kumi, you can move the white ball closer if you want." Me,  being stubborn and really wanting to hit it, "I'm not handicap, I'm going to hit it." BAM. Ball goes in. Shocked. Next shot is the 8 ball. Mike's on the sidelines trying to coach me..."Ok girl, you got this, just make it happen." I was honestly thinking...ha there's no way. BAM. AGAIN! 8 ball goes in and we win the game of pool! I literally had no words. Mike and I about died laughing at what had just happened. It was silent for a good 2 minutes because we were laughing so hard. Heads down, no sound. Well, now we all know that I'm not handi! I said so myself. I also won some frozen hot chocolate for Mike and I which ps was yuuummy. I'm making that again. So ya, it was a fun day :)

Bieber fever.

I think I have it! Bieber fever. Yes, I might have this....disease? Ok lets get real, not a disease and I don't think anyone can say that they don't have Bieber fever! He's a 16 year old stud that has an amazing voice and sings about love. Lets just forget about the 16 year old part for now. I'll be honest and say that he has been my favorite playlist for the month of February. Sue me. This is my favorite song:

That should be me holding your hand
That should be me making you laugh
That should be me this is so sad
That should be me that should be me
That should be me feeling your kiss
That should be me buying you gifts
This is so wrong
I can't go on
'Til you believe that
That should be me

So perfect. Can't wait to see Bieber in 3D. What has this world come to....But I secretly Love it!

i Love love.

Valentines day post. Yay. A tad bit late...

I really do love love! This Valentines day may have been a sad one because I didn't have a special someone to celebrate it with. Valentines day is suppose to be happy and filled with lots of hugs and kissees right? Well I wasn't able to have that kind of a Valentines day this year. This year I didn't expect anything but I tried to remember what I love in my life. I tried to think about why I love love and why I need love in my life. I tried to think about who loves me for who I am. I'm lucky to have friends and family who love and support me even when it's not Valentines day. I'm even luckier to have a Father in heaven who loves me for who I am even though I'm far from perfect. I am good enough because he loves me. I love love because it brings out the best in people. It makes me happy to know that one day I will have a husband that I can love forever. Love is a beautiful thing.
